It was clear at the initial consultation my clients had valuable input and strong ideas for how they wanted their gardens to be developed. So rather than design it myself i did it mutually with my clients. The design influences are from my favorite period, the late 1800's, so my team and i have worked diligently using materials from this period such as Oak, York-Stone, Limestone and even replicating the bonding mixes so they represent more of how they would of been installed at this time. We have completed the lime-stone walling (not shown on these images) and secured this using recessed pointing, then, through meticulous attention to detail we have further aged it by adding moss, lichens and soil then where possible planting specific small herbs / plants of this era to further age it
